Muvo is Rafael’s internal VOD platform, created to bring a different kind of content experience into the organization – accessible, light, and far less formal than you might expect to find inside a defense company. The challenge was to build an identity that, on the one hand, feels like a real, contemporary streaming platform, while on the other, can live naturally within Rafael’s existing system and culture.
The starting point for the visual language was one of the most recognizable symbols in the world of video: the Play triangle. We took this simple, familiar shape and turned it into Muvo’s character – a triangle with arms, legs, sunglasses, and plenty of personality.
The result is a character that embodies the platform itself and can adapt from one situation to the next: watching, running, surfing, holding popcorn, or simply stepping into the frame. Instead of a static technological icon, we created a living character that allows the brand to speak, react, and generate an almost endless variety of content.
Around the character, we built a direct and bold graphic language influenced by the worlds of streaming, entertainment, and popular culture. Strong colors such as yellow, purple, and orange meet black and white, alongside large, heavy typography and simple compositions that place the character firmly at center stage.
