When Shatil (the New Israel Fund’s empowerment and training centre that works to promote democracy, tolerance, and social justice) contacted us in order to plan the organisation’s 40th anniversary, the idea to create an exhibition that would celebrate the most prominent social activists Shatil’s supported assisted over the years came quickly.
Forty activists represent forty years of activity – hence the name of the exhibition, “40×40: Changing Reality”. An exhibition of photographs by the photographer Alex Farfuri, who specialises in photography that puts its subjects in the centre, and examines them with a deep and compassionate gaze.

we created a minimalistic logo and a lean graphic language, based mainly on trilingual typography, in a way that will not overshadow the photography and texts
Our work included the development and design of the exhibition (from designing the posters to collaborating with an industrial designer who created special mobile stands for them)
